  1. How long does delivery take?

    5 - 10 working days from order confirmation of order, excluding special promotion events where delivery can be extended to 7-14 working days.

  2. Order delays? 

    While StockMarketFashion endeavors always to adhere to previously stated delivery times and schedules of 5 - 10 working days, during promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders. During such promotions and promotional events, delivery of goods shall be 7 -14 working days from date of confirmation of order but may be delivered before such time. Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional, and other considerations. Where stock is sold out due to the above factors, StockMarketFashion shall endeavor to assist customers by offering similar goods or products or store credit in lieu of such shortages. StockMarketFashion reserves the rights to disable all discount codes for 3rd party promotions, month end sales and special promotions.

  3. Track my order? 

    It’s easy, click into “Track My Order, find your order number in your confirmation email after you has been placed. Insert your tracking code in the Waybill Number field. You will be redirected to page where you will see all your shipping information and checkpoints. Please notice the headings that apply to your shipping and guideline information

      We have successfully received your order and it is currently in our Warehouse for picking
      2. Collected by Courier
      The order has been picked, packed and our designated transport company has collected it from our warehouse.
      3. Out for Delivery
      Your order has now left the transport companies warehouse and it is on route to be delivered to you.
      4. Order Delivered
      Your order has been successfully delivered


  4. How will my parcel be delivered to me? 

    Your parcel will be delivered by one of our designated Courier Companies. You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery

  5. Do I have an option of requesting an express delivery? For Fashion and Electronic products -No we unfortunately do not have this at the moment but it will be available very soon. For Health products yes, please select the "Contact Us" page and state that you requesting express delivery and we will make sure to let you know how much it would cost from our Courier Company.
  6. Can we collect directly from your warehouse? 

    No, unfortunately we do not have a facility to allow collection at our warehouse,

  7. Do you deliver on weekends? No, We deliver strictly on weekdays between 8am – 5pm
  8. How much is the Delivery fee? 

    The delivery fee is R75

  9. How do I know once my order has been completed/processed or confirmed? 

    You will receive an order confirmation email sent to you confirming the order that has been placed successfully
