Return Process

Dear Valued Client, Please following the steps and guidelines when returning a product.Please click here to view our Returns and Refund Policy terms and conditions.


  1. Click on the link "Contact Us"
  2. Fill in the form. In the "message" field please list the products you will be returning and the issue you found with them. Please make sure that you have read the return policy. Then click "Send"
  3. We will then receive your return request and will process it from there. You will receive a confirmation number and email with further instructions. Please keep both of these for future reference.
  4. Our courier service will collect the item from you within 5-7 working days.
  5. Once we have received it, we will then validate the return with our warehouse and we shall complete the process with you via the agreed-upon method.

Please note:

  • Items(s) must be returned to our warehouse in good condition within 7-14 days of receipt.
  • Items(s) must be returned with all of the tags and intact. Your items(s) should be in their original packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear & swimwear, and open health care products unless the items have visible manufacturing defects.
